GET TO KNOW ME
A Guide to Your Goals
With over 10 years of experience, I am a registered counsellor and psychotherapist who has a deep passion in the mental state of people. Having worked within vast areas of mental health, from the early stages of infancy to the latter stages of life within addiction and the NHS, I am more focused on finding the balance through counselling. I have received accreditation from the BACP and BPS board and will be using CBT as my primary focus.
I work with clients to help them find more satisfactory ways of dealing with their worries in their day-day living. I integrate Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Person-Centred and Psychodynamic. All these approaches have been implemented to look at ways people think, behave and feel and from that, we can determine what aspects of a person’s life can be changed to solve particular problems.
