Service Description

I work in a Person-Centered way as I believe it is the core of understanding a person in a more respectful and understanding manner. Since been trained in an integrative approach, I will also use that approach to work with you depending on your presenting issues. Everyone is different and have different needs, so once an assessment is carried out, I will then discuss the right approach for your needs. In short-term therapy, you will be able to work with milder issues such as exploring managing the here and now and longer-term therapy, will allow you to focus on resolving past issues. Whatever your needs, this will be a place to explore and change things. My fees are based on an ethical position of not wishing money to be a barrier to therapy. There is a fee scale with: Concessions are for those who are on low-income and low-wages. I charge £55.00 for those who are on high-income.
